Our work
We do not only build software for clients. We build and run our own.
Most agencies have never had to live with their own architecture decisions. We operate two production SaaS products, which means we have been on the receiving end of every shortcut a delivery team is tempted to take.
Flowmoat builds and operates two of its own SaaS products: RegRely, an AI compliance and privacy platform, and GreenOH, Pakistan's first solar aggregator. Both are live, in production, and maintained by the same team that delivers client engagements.
RegRely
AI compliance and privacy management
RegRely turns compliance programs, privacy operations, vendor risk, and governance into a single system of record — with AI doing the reading, mapping, and drafting that compliance teams otherwise do by hand.
Domain complexity: compliance rules that change per jurisdiction and per framework
AI applied where judgement is expensive, with a human approving what matters
Multi-tenant SaaS: onboarding, permissions, billing, and audit trails
GreenOH
Pakistan's first solar aggregator
GreenOH is a marketplace where homes and businesses compare verified solar installers in one place, instead of chasing quotes across a fragmented, low-trust market.
Two-sided marketplace mechanics: supply verification, matching, and trust
Building a category that did not previously exist in the market
Consumer-grade product experience on top of an operationally messy industry
Client work
Client case studies are published only with permission.
Most of what we build is internal to the businesses that commissioned it — operational platforms, back-office systems, and automations that companies do not want described in public. We do not publish a client's name, screenshots, or numbers without their written approval, and we will not invent a case study to fill the gap.
If you want to speak to a reference before committing to an engagement, ask on the call and we will arrange one where the client has agreed to it.
